Well obviously they shouldn't be held liable or prosecuted because they did the right thing by society, especially if they also wore a mask, also respected lockdown rules etc etc. But if people refuse to get vaccinated, and refuse to wear masks etc etc. and that causes the deaths or serious illness of other people then there should be a price to pay. Just like if your negligence caused a fatal car accident, a price should be paid.
