It's not only BUL of late.... I've got many resource space shares getting zero bidding interest but mindless selling from weak holders.. RLE , TMT both down 30% ..
I think in the new year we will see BUL bounce back to least 5-6c range as retailers go back to work and throw some funds into oversold micro-caps
