The cards are starting to stack against BUL.

As of today we've probably got about $1.8 Mil in the bank.

I think last time we did a placement we had about $2Mil in the bank and got $2Mil. The difference being that was at 15c a share, now we'd get about 5c a share now... Credit to BUL's cost cutting but it can only get us so far, sitting and waiting isn't working - what's the best case scenario? they can find another investor at 5c and dilute our holdings even more, the year after they find an investor at 2 cents?
