Time will tell that the recent share price increase and reading volume increase have little to do with the recent new issue of shares. The new issue of shares was more probably to fill the big black holes of some parties.
The long term royal Australian biota shareholders will be marginalized gradually by the increasing number of shares issued.
We should keep in mind that the current CEO will make several $m out of the shares options that were given to him if the share price goes to $10. When he took over he CEO position, he was give the option to purchase 2% (apart from all other free shares and options) of the company shares at around $4 per share.
So, we can estimate the current management ' s target price for the company share.
Just my thoughts.
