    One thing BUL has in its favour today is that it is now 2019. How many times have we heard, during 2018 that "by next year ….. " So now it IS next year. Will it finally be the "bulls roar" of a year.  or not ? One thing is that I probably will not hold BUL next year. If it goes up I will sell up. If it goes down I will sell down, and out.
