Well very interesting post fully flustered. Thanks for clarification finally.
I would suggest that the information you have just supplied might of been very useful when you were very confused. For example I never knew you had met Nick or that you were dealing with him in a business context etc.

I am hazarding a guess that maybe if your posts had been worded differently and you actually explained you had met him and were in business etc maybe people would have taken you more seriously, but thats just my opinion.

Certainly wish I had listened. Couldmof bought a house and not wasted 3 years holding on.
