I disagree, they would 'unanimously recommend' it as per announcemnent (see below) on 21st Jan. :)
"Following careful consideration, the BC Iron Board is unanimously recommending shareholders
vote in favour of the Scheme in the absence of a superior proposal and subject to the opinion of
Independent Expert, KPMG, concluding that the Scheme is in the best interests of BC Iron
shareholders"
As I have stated before it will be interesting to see what management has to say to shareholders when the next meeting is called.
