laostodd, I understand and fully agree that creating the 1.6 billion shares was a necessary and better solution than going the Chinese takeover route. However, and apparently I did not state this clearly enough, my major point of contention is that the massive (in my opinion greed-driven) early outpouring of cheap employee incentive options on top of an already highly diluted stock serves as a disincentive to potential investors and is causing the SP to stall in the near term.
