Something must be brewing.

They must be close to a deal, and not caught up in legal action - otherwise TVI would have had an obligation to the Canadian stock market to say their purchase was being challenged in Court... otherwise that company would be in big trouble!

My guess is:

1. There will be announcement soon that they are working together to launch the mine shortly, share price will rocket; or
2. There will be announcement soon they are selling their share of Mt Labo, and debt repaid, for 100m+, share price will rocket.
