If the share transfer was still in dispute, TVI would have had to have included that in their market update. Otherwise they'd be in big trouble with the regulators for missing out something material - director duties, etc etc.
I suspect RTG and TVI are working out the finer details of the partnership to move this to a mine as soon as possible. Perhaps an announcement soon?
