From what I heard, a case disputing Villars' purchase of Sage's shares in MLEDC What I understand is that Villar bought all of Sages' own shares, and steps into the shoes as owners of Sage Sage owns stocks in MLEDC, and its something about those stocks that is being questioned
Why RTG did not question it before when Climaco held it is another thing RTG's own pronouncements acknowledged Climacos' ownership of those 60% shares If RTG acknowledged it before and the original receivership case is only for the financial restructure of MLEDC, I dont know what the question is Anyway --- the saga continues, doesnt it?
