Yes only way would be for both companies to agree on financing. As far as debt i wouldnt say its likely. Again this is villar country. The nr from tvi makes it seem as though alot more work will be required before becoming operational which is the opposite of rtg presentation. Also rtg made various timelime statements on presentation that havent been met. They also seem to skirt the line or pass it on uodating shareholders of material events.
