    The $2.5m facility


    Some good news is needed imo before quarterly which one can assume will be a disaster


    Threshold Price of .005c - is imo to close for comfort to the current price - risk is huge imo

    if the price of Shares falls below the Threshold Price; orii. without cause, by giving written notice and payment of a $25,000 cancellation fee to the Subscriber; etc... ""
