    jaded after the issue of the 168 mill. shares & oppies consolidation will take place so that total on issue is 145mill. heads & 18mill. oppies so the registry will still be tightly held. Also the Sth. American interests will also receive performance based shares which is also a fantastic idea from RVE management. Please refer to 11/8 announcement for full details.
