So I had to read the "Offer" to see what % is required and it is 50.1% and the offer only put forward due to BAU not updating their constitution (something about clause 36).
Considering it looks like nobody has accepted this from the minuscule 3.3% current holding I feel unless the offer is ramped up then it is going nowhere?
I am a bit sick of Directors taking fees and seemingly sitting on their hands due to very limited announcements. What do other posters think?
