he can list all the buys and sells after 3 days, it will show who has been selling. Not something months out of date when there were no trades

somebody is selling, nearly 30 million sold now. Talbot is in generaL liquidating there holdings ( see ivr). An underwriter on-sells shares to their clients. These clients then carry the can. If you were stuck with shares and you had the liquidity to get out would you?
