One main question I had was that why was the last cap rising done without prier discloser and how come the share holders didn’t get a chance to participate in the raising. Since we support the company by holding there shares, the company should offer the share holders of any new funds required.
I would like to know where did the money come from and who received the shares.
And also how do I register to receiving any future share offerings.
