I think this is a case of setting a precedent for MLX for any other JV's or T/o's. It's a bit don't think about f#%#%ing with us if we put a deal together.
It's certainly disruptive got TAM and likely NST, not to mention MLX who are the aggressor. At some point you would think TAM would be thinking "the time and money spent on this is to overwhelming, or at least MLX would like them to think that way. Meanwhile NST sit on sidelines and just wait and could benefit from the stoush.
In the end it's likely to cost MLX a bucketload and so too TAM if they don't get costs awarded to them. IMHO MLX at a minimum would like the BOD to hurt and the TAM business suffer. Best cast for MLX case is their case upheld.
The lawyers will win.
