With a bit of luck oil will bounce back over $60 , WPL will announce that the Berge Helene is half full of black gold allready , and we will get another 100 + mtr oil column in Uganda and maybe we can kiss good buy to being under $2 forever.

I spose we should be thankfull that at least Tiof is still in the WPL reserves in their annual report.

Even though the current hdr share price has had Tiof value removed alltogether a negative anouncement from wpl would have had the potential for some real carnage.
