I share you concerns ricco, I hate to see companies with good business models and good organic growth opportunities make overpriced acquisitions or diversify into areas outside their core competence.
The presentation may have been simply a broker roadshow to get some institutional interest. A quick email to the company would get you the answer to that one I'm sure.
