I dont know about the target but the buy up to price seems to always be exceeded by a big margin on these recommendations so if you were really following the guidelines you would not have bought because a 30% jump and a huge gap up on open in one day with no reason other than being a TC rec is hardly good fundamentals, but people do make money if they are quick enough, but the problem seems to be with such thinly traded stocks is if the only ones buying are TC subscribers, who are they selling to on a day like today when the interest has dissipated. A more strongly traded stock would probably not have such a dramatic move as "the ordinary public" would also be trading them!
