New Hope oversee their Arrow investment via board representation. So did HGO via David Archer on ESG's board.
Santos have spent almost $500m on ESG and PEL 238, with no board representation or say in the direction of their investment.
Who spends that much money, without any commercial benefit, without a say in how that sized investment is managed?
That alone suggests the current situation is not a permament situation for Santos.
