I have just picked up some shares to increase my exposure to tin stocks.
Outlook for tin is good (probably the most attractive supply/demand fundamentals of all of the LME metals)
ELT (Cleveland) appears to be an interesting project - significant historical capital invested in the project (UG development) - whether this can be rehabilitated is another matter.
Project looks attractive, but there could be the potential for it to act as a satellite to Renison Bell (is about 15km to the West of Mt Bischoff, which is held by Metals X, and Mt Bischoff used to provide feed to the Renison plant)
