It's comforting that you got this reply. In actual fact it probably is a great signal to buy in, not that too many people have the cash to do so.
The third point you listed, I guess we have to take on face value....but let's just say.....hmmmmm

The fact that this is a single person crystlising share value, says to me all is probably OK. As previously pointed out, seling about 10% of available shares would send the SP down signficantly. If the selling is completely over, then there is no reason why this can't quickly bounce back to the 80-$1.00 range. Remember 7 months ago this was sitting at $1.18.
The company has signaled a lowered forecast/divi, but that's no reason to see the SP where it is.

The devil will be in the detail of the forthcoming report. The previous ann. is somewhat confusing without the detail.
But i've changed to BUY at these prices!
