So rather than throw insults which for some reason do not get moderated, can you explain why you think it is unrealistic for AVB to potentially self fund PB?

The numbers are there in the spreadsheet...based on AVB's stated AISC's which allow serious dollars to go towards any build requirement. Would you be up to putting some numbers there ?

PS AVB's share price may suck (opportunity?) but their performance on the ground is better than any peers. Once again, if you disagree put up the facts.
