Hi SD,

A good announcement by TFC which is great - they seem optimistic and everything seems to be going to their plan. The JV with EIG must be playing a large part in the increased sales of MRA products into India, and this is really promising as they have only just started to sell into that market!! Wait till pan masala comes on line.

My only concern with the announcement is: What happened to the beyond carbon $30 million that was supposed to be received by April 2010? Why no comment on this?

Hopefully that will be announce the receipt of this money soon.
