its pretty obvious to me that RockCheck and someone else has been buying up big over the last week and a half.
i beleive that this stock is now in PLAY (Blue horse shoe loves Anacott Steel anyone!!!), last week RockCheck got 1.4m and over the last 7 trade days something like 4m shares have been traded. so someone else has brought 2m shares, could this also be Evraz accumulating? or could it be another preditor?
i wonder how much more stock RockCheck has picked up over the last 2 days?
more interesting to me is the identity of the seller/sellers over the last few days. it cant be Macquarie unloading so much stock, it has to be someone else.
you cant short anymore so it must be a reasonable size holder like a fund manager, maybe its one fundies under the 5% cap? or maybe its one of the other directors that has to sell, ie like the director from Nexus who got margin called?
well if its a big holder we will get confirmation shortly but i still think RockCheck wants this company. there is an artcile about a $200m USD mine he was building in the Philipines last year, it was a nickle mine. do a goggle search and it will come up.
now ask yourself this, he owns a steel mill, he is increasing the capacity of the mill specifically to be able to produce vanadium slag, so he needs AXO's ore much more than the he needs nickle. dont be surprised to see these guys make a play, why else was auto so interested about the finance? because they know that as soon as they get the finance approval they can take over the company and not worry about getting a JV partner because he can own the mine and supply his mill with his own ore.
talk about vertically integrated!!!!

maybe Chengde and RockCheck are gona fund it themselves and keep other guys like Evraz out?
i especially find the daily dump in the match very interesting because who ever is doing it wants the stock not to finish on a high note. give it time and they will have to show their hand at some point.
i wonder if the RockCheck director is going to be at the AGM? given auto's comments dont expect Silcock to be relected and the MD might be under pressure as well!!!
