Key pre-conditions need to be met by next month for Orion to chip in their $4.7mil.
I'd love to know what these pre-conditions are.
I would suggest those who recently participated in the placement would know what the pre-conditions were otherwise they're just gambling. The fact that Dart raised over $1mil in a short time gives me confidence that the key pre-conditions will be met. That being the case then the DFS will get done on time, all the associated work on tailings, water issues etc will all be done and dusted.
The SP will be at least 20 cents IMHO when Orion kicks in their $4.7mil ..... which should be known next month, NEXT MONTH!!!!!!!
There's always a twist (ie: something we don't know about) and I'm sure I've read somewhere that Orion's participation in the second tranche is "discretionary". What the hell that means I don't know.
Anyway ..... I'm waiting for next month to roll around and I'm sure the SP will be at least 20 cents. How could it not be?
