I imagine BTV Directors are presently working on improving the L.O.I. details as so far put forward.
From what I can find ATW have only 62,032,600 Shares with 21,900,000 of these in Reserve and 10,000,000 of the Reserved Shares are for ATW Directors, therefore if BTV could have up the the upfront Shares payment increased to 6,300,000 of ATW Shares BTV would then hold 10% of ATW in the near Future. Subsquent Payments should the be adjusted to make the total Transaction worth $15,000,000 and of Course BTV could subsquently increase their Shareholdings in ATW.
