I have always had that view Nobull that FMG would make a part cash/part script bid for FMS. I am sure they could find a few hundred million and offer say 10c/share + 1 FMG share for every 25 (say) FMS shares. They could then for a minimal amount of cash lock in a massive IO deposit for the future. They could also off load canegrass to get some cash back. Now that their shre price is strong it is an opportune time for them to move. Time will tell but if I was involved with FMG its a no brainer.
