A cap raising for a company with such a low SP would be a disaster. SP would drop, and there's no where for it to drop to! Plus you'd probably get low shareholder participation cause management hasn't delivered anything to date so who'll believe there's an immediate prospect of any value?
If all they can deliver is a cap raising despite all the apparent third party interest over 2 years, then they deserve the bloody sack!
