According to the presentation on 8 September 2014, from page 18 (see image below), now it is supposed to be exciting time for the company and shareholders because Scout RC Drilling and Diamond Drilling would be happening. Instead, the company has been focused on getting more money from shareholders.
I think the last fund raising of $344,000 has been used up in the last 2 months.
Also it was very disappointing to see the other director only subscribed 37,500 shares or $1500. How can shareholers have confidence with this sort of subscription? Current share price is reflecting this.
