well the grades at surface are always high!!! look at ext's husab project , similar grade to unx at surface , as you dig the u disappears, which proves there is no ore body there if you can hit those grades continously 80-100meters you know your sitting on a massive deposit that is why a jorc is important for lake bhai ,even wmt has similar grades at surface, its just my opinion, if you feel happy to buy at this price go ahead, there are far better u co. then this one , i still feel this will go sub dollar, there are heaps of sellers in the $1.40range , no one wants to buy it up , i hope you guys make money out of it , i would not pay more then 80cents for this at the most
