Gidday Tils & Masel, Great article masel. This is all starting to make more sense. Just to add to your thoughts tils, a mill could give BCI Tens of millions in pre funding to buy out or merge with another company. And it wouldn't attract the foriegn ownership rules. Rather then a JV that I suggested prior.
