I would hope that it is news that the jorc results are extremely close. Maybe it was a wake up call for AGS.

What i did notice, both EME and DYL have moved up on the PDN news. With PDN having an interest in both companies you never know what could happen.

I would be surprised if SMM shareholders accept PDN's offer. In my view the price should be closer to $6 - $7 offer rather than the $5.12.

Lets face it, this market is hot. They would have to increase the premium to get a look in.

I had actually wondered if Heathgate might make an offer to AGS. I hope not.
