Can't see a crappy kiosk delivering what customers really need or want when they can walk just around the corner and speak to highly experienced/travelled operators who have actually flown routes/airlines and stayed in the hotels they're putting you into. Kiosk/shop capex /opex model could easily extend losses. All aimed at the low end = lower margin end of the travel market. As for the "The Helloworld Partnership" press release - it smacks of desperate association. Even if blindsided for the moment - big brand Helloworld (incl Jetset and Harvey World Travel) will work it all out.
All disrupting to nowhere IMHO.
