    Just how they planned it.

    Previous management picks new management, director gets indemnity, director sells assets and disappears. New management let it fade away.

    I still have this on my watch list from when a person I know gave me the tip from a project manager (not a qualified builder as I first thought) he knew (tenant) "working" on the MD's house.

    I'm watching with interest because that guy is in his 60's and now has the bailiffs after him. He sold his Harley plus other things so I'm interested to see if he had involvement in this scam.
