    ccuyee1, I was addressing more this comment made by you:

    That is false, BIS could have given CE Mark and this whole saga would be over, they had the power to do so. Now where your argument could come into play is "why" BIS didn't go through with their original classification, I have no doubt about the clout this treatment (VitroGro) would have to existing pharma standard of care and earnings.

    So in short, YES I think it was BIS's fault and I disagree with you saying that TIS shareholders aren't "streetwise" for thinking this, my streetwise thoughts are in agreement with you that other forces could have been at play here, but to let BIS off of that list is nonsense in my view.
