Hi,
A relative of my just passed away and have left an amount of money in a bank account (under her name) which she wants it to be used towards her funeral. However, she did not have a will when she was alive. My wife has joint authority on the account. Does anyone know what the law is in NSW in regard to this situtation? thanks in advance
