Many of us have faced the very decisions you are currently facing
I use to hold 10 to 15 stocks also many years ago because I had read diversification was a way to spread risk now I hold 5 stocks
None of us are in a position to give advice however if pressed I would suggest reducing exposure until you are at a level where you can sleep easier if that means cutting losses and taking profits so be it
Personally averaging down in this climate is way to dangerous unless you can stomach the risk or have a longer view (which I do)
