It is all about attitude and you alone Oasis choose your attitude.
If you are an investor and based on the size of your holdings you would be planning a fair time to hold to realize any sigificant dollars so why the gloom and doom about the down turn?
If you were trading then re look at your trading plan but if as you said you were planning top hold anyway the only thing that has changed is how you feel about yourself as an investor.
Don't let ego get the better of you.
Write a plan and stick to it for 12 months and see how you go.
ie set stop losses...set trailing stops if you fret too much about losing perceived gains. Write down a sell target...don't think it...write it down...you are more likely to action a written plan.
Then you only have one simple rule to follow and life becomes easy.
