    will still be an owner of the shares but you will not be able to freely trade them as you do now.

    BPT now have 75% and control of the company. Its gone so I am not sure what you are waiting for. It will get delisted and once BPT get to a certain % which they cant achieve without SXY they can compulsorarily take your shares and pay you.
