BPT controls 75.92% as of Friday and SXY controls 20%. ITC's board has now been replaced by BPT's nominees (5 members are from BPT's board and executive committee).

I believe BPT can in agreement with SXY (if they do not sell out to BPT, but remain as a 20% holder) choose to have ITC delisted, as both companies hold nearly 96% of the company.

There are only about slightly over 36m shares remaining left not controlled by BPT and SXY.
