Ray when I originally opened up this topic that was my worst fear. I couldn't understand why the hell MLS would go for a capital raising at 0.08c while the Namibian Appeal is yet to be finalsied. I hate to agree with you because I am always the optimist but you're probably right when you say MLS already know the chances of success are VERY slim. It annoys me because apart from the Namibian issue, their captial raising only induces the SP to go South to to 0.08c or below.
