ray, im not sure what you are basing your comments on because it is certainly not factual information. the company obtained legal advice (which was reaffirmed by an independent senior counsel) that they had a strong case. accordingly, they lodged an appeal with the namibian supreme court.
so your claim that the company had a very slim chance at best to win the appeal is pure nonsense.
