    I really don't think a deal will be done, MLS apparently tried to deal with this guy prior to the 1st court case but what he wanted was unrealistic. He wanted to retain a massive controlling interest I think upwards of 70% plus royalties. That's when MLS said stuff you we'll take you to court. I not an expert in Namibian law but if he does lose what's higher than the High Court basically where can he appeal too?
