enough of this .008 and free option, and .001 cost options,

they want to raise money, it should be through a fairer arrangement, such as a RI.
while it says, no lower than .008, trust us,
if it was approved, why would they just do it at .008?
A rights issue, when they have 1m or so left in the purse would be better.
