if u look at the presentation on the 12 Aug 19 in MVT's ASX announcements, it suggests that Sandon had intended to list MVTHA under their name if MVT was delisted (page9). It also suggest they may repay the notes (page10). But it is not clear what is happening now. I doubt you've lost your money, you could try calling or emailing Sandon or the ASX I guess.
