Same issue this morning, reset over the phone. Easy enough though they did suggest that I locked my own account!
Slippin so rarely do i call them i hadnt picked up on that. But having dealt with them now, i can certainly see what you are saying. It was the tone for me. Which i can say is the total opposite of everyone i now deal with in Commonwealth branches - over the last few years ive found branch staff to be the most pleasant and helpful ever.
Cant say i love the new website, sure more features but its much slower. I liked the clunky old site that has been almost the same for more than 10 years.
