trying to sell some shares that were tanking oneday, had a sell in at below the buy price by 10c and it didnt get processed, the buys above the price I wanted where still on the screen 15 miniutes later, rang comsec but by that time they had dropped 20c, that was not their fault, they lied straight into my ear and said they had proof that the offer was not available, funny my shares finaly sold at my original asking price, why didnt they clear
deal with CBA at your own peril, I happy with CBA as I know the pitfalls and usualy dodge them and get special treatment for other things, one of the three worst companies for looking after customers
